**Responsibilities**:

- Google Form Management & Invoice Uploads
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Use formulas, filters, pivot tables, and other tools to manage data effectively.
- Coordination with Accounts Head to ensure accurate and timely completion of forms.
- Handle general office duties including: Organizing and filing documents
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for: Invoices, Contracts, Other relevant documents.
- Assist with documenting activities related to races, training, and other events.
- Coordinate and book travel tickets (flight/train/bus) for team members attending races, events, or training camps.
- Liaise with the Operations Head to confirm coach availability for coaching days. Inform drivers about coaching schedules and assigned coaches.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Fluent in English and Hindi (optional: regional language if applicable)

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
