**Qualifications**:

- Any UG/PG Graduate - Final Year Students eligible.
- Must possess a Two-Wheeler and a Valid Driving License.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Goal-oriented attitude and willingness to grow within the organization.

**Salary & Benefits**:
₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month (2.4 LPA) + Incentives up to ₹60,000.

Uniform salary for both metro and non-metro areas.

**Growth Path**:

- After 6 months: Eligible for promotion to Officer Grade 2 - ₹17,500/month (Assistant Manager Sales).
- After 2 years: Eligible for Internal Job Posting (IJP) opportunities.
