About Third Party Products The Third Party Product team responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the Bank About the Role The IPG General Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Non Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team The role will encompass the following The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigor Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduation Post-Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Good communication both verbal and written and inter-personal skills Strong Excel and database manipulation skills financial and statistical analysis skills Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement competent sales strategies Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
