- To be well verse with the concepts for Forward and Reverse Logistics.
- Helping and coordinating with cross functional team on various processes.
- Addressing and resolving any issue highlighted within the stipulated time frame.

3. **Experience**:

- Co-ordinating with various Logistics Service providers to arrange pick ups and address claims and other transit movement related issues.
- Timely re-conciliation of the orders that are pushed for deliveries.
- 0 to 2 years experience required.

**Project Description**: (Project on which the new hire will work):

- Handling various Logistics partners who will be aligned to complete the shipment delivery that will be picked up from our origin to the destination stores location.
- Liaising with the transporter to ensure timely pick ups and deliveries is done.
- Addressing post delivery issues that may be highlighted in case of a shipment/product is delivered in unsaleable condition.
- Addressing Pick up related issues (reverse pick ups).

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- **Co-ordinating with transporters to complete the shipment pick ups and deliveries.**:

- **Maintaining the required data to assess the transporters performance.**

**Route planning will be an added advantage**
