**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the General Manager - Legal in pan India litigation management, court cases, mediation, civil suits, criminal cases, and labor cases.
- Drafting, extension or renewal of leave & license agreements, drafting and vetting of POA, undertaking, affidavit, written statements;
- Carrying out due diligence from a legal point of view on various proposed collaborations;
- Writing legal letters and any judicial acts to safeguard the interests of the university;
- Contributing towards the formulation and updating of internal operating procedures related to Legal department work;
- Maintaining all necessary legal documentation that is relevant to the daily work, including an adequate audit trail where necessary;
- Liaising with third parties as necessary about legal matters;
- Taking responsibility for all deadlines and specific requirements as necessary; and
- Performing any other legal and secretarial duties as may be assigned by the reporting authority (General Manager - Legal).
**Requirements**:
- LLM or Master’s degree in Law with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of IP Registration, Secretarial and International Compliance (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.
- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be able to work well within a team.
- Self-starter, proactive, and have a problem-solving approach at work.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).

**Salary**: ₹27,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
