**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, leases, and other relevant legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings, as necessary.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing real estate transactions and operations.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and negotiations with third parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a legal role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
