**Work Schedule**:Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

**Experience**:Freshers (Entry-Level)

**Location**:On Site, Mohali

**Salary**: As per market Standard

**Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Logical thinker with the ability to deal with difficult callers and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Handle inbound calls for the US process efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet performance metrics and sales targets consistently.
