Fabric Sourcing Executive

1. Fabric Expertise: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of woven fabrics, including their qualitative features, technical specifications, and suitability for various ethnic apparel styles.
2. Supplier Management: Identifies, evaluates, and manages a network of reliable suppliers, weavers, and processing houses, ensuring they meet company quality standards and delivery timelines.
3. Cost Optimization: Negotiates competitive prices and payment terms with suppliers, minimizing raw material costs without compromising quality.
4. Procurement Planning: Collaborates with the sampling department to develop accurate BOMs, markers, and procurement plans that align with production schedules.
5. Order Fulfillment: Oversees the entire procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of raw material requirements.
6. Quality Control: Approves lab dips, conducts quality checks on incoming materials, and manages the rejection process.
7. Warehouse Management: Supervises and optimizes warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials.
8. Inventory Management: Implements and maintains an efficient inventory management system to minimize storage costs and prevent stockouts.
9. ERP System Management: Oversees the implementation and maintenance of the warehouse ERP system, providing training and support to team members.
10. Team Leadership: Leads and motivates a team of warehouse and purchasing associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
11. Performance Management: Sets performance goals, provides regular feedback, and conducts performance reviews for team members.
12. Training & Development: Identifies training needs and provides development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
13. MIS Reporting: Prepares and presents accurate and timely MIS reports on purchasing, inventory, and warehouse performance.
14. Compliance: Ensures all purchasing and warehousing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
