As a Press Tool Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Press
Tool services.
Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects with client organizations.
Manage the Automation process, mentor and lead a team of Engineers &
Developers, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and
Mentor and lead a team of Engineers & Developers and maintain excellent
Collaborate with clients to gather job specifications, including technical
skills, experience, and specific requirements.
Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance the
overall delivery and quality of Automation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
Automation needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and refine Automation processes, identifying areas
for optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or Degree/Post Diploma in Tool
Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Must have experience 2.5+ years of experience
Proven experience in Press Tool die Design
- Panel dies/ Transfer Die Design.
Well conversant with 3D Design Software Catia/ UG/ Solid works etc.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to
motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage
multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
