As a Business Development Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, working on exciting projects that contribute to our company's growth and client success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with IT companies requiring staffing solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing service provision and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met.
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met with precision and in a timely manner..
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the staffing, recruiting, or IT services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
