**Position Description**:The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating a team of on-site and remote consultants to deliver with excellence for one or more of our Strategic Managed Services customers. In this capacity, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing day-to
- day support team. The Service Delivery Manager will work directly with customers to ensure the quality delivery of support services, including managing priorities, reporting performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs), collaborating with Accounting on billing, coordinating project and support budgets, ensuring on-going profitability in line with expectations, resolving any conflicts, and communicating upcoming demand outside of the direct account team. The Service Delivery Manager is directly responsible for overall

customer satisfaction and delivery of the work product to the client. The SDM is also responsible for providing feedback to consultants and managing the workload across the on-site and remote team.

The Service Delivery Manager will collaborate and support the Account Managers or Sales to execute delivery activities necessary to achieve strategic account plans and goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **At least 15 years of SAP experience, out of which 5+ years in managing large/medium AMS projects, implementation projects.**:

- **Provides status updates and reports statistics related to different KPI to all the stake holders.**:

- **Develops and authenticates business continuity plans when needed.**:

- **Monitors and reports on project progress and potential risks to all stakeholders.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Mastery of Microsoft Office or related software.**:

- **Ability to solve technical and operational problems.**:

- **Working knowledge of SAP including S4Hana or ECC**:

- **Excellent customer service and project management skills**:

- **Monitors the schedules and objects assigned to team members.**:

- **Provides feedback to team that are timely and constructive**

**Shift Timings : Monday to Friday (1:30PM to 10:30PM)**

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA Additional info -:

- Functional Area: IT Software - ERP/ S4HANA

Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Service Delivery Managers. Are you ready to experience and explore new things?
