Job Summary

Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in India for IT/ITES industry
- Proven ability to utilize sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end niche hiring within TAT
- Working experience in a similar function within an international Corporate organization is a must.
- Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices
- Proven experience with successful recruitment from junior to mid levels
- Established industry network and strong networking abilities.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Exposure to Campus hiring is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputed college is an advantage
