Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Promote the company’s services and explain their benefits.

Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.

Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.

Report daily call outcomes to the team leader.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Previous telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage.
