Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Handle confidential matters, including personnel issues and sensitive communications.
5. Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
6. Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and conferences.
7. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including faculty members, staff, and students.
8. Communicate with external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and government officials.
9. Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
**Requirements**:
1. Graduate degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
7. Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, if required.
