- knowledge of South Indian & cooking techniques.

**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Your expertise in traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and various curries.
- Develop innovative and creative South Indian recipes while ensuring authenticity and traditional flavors are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health and safety standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials featuring South Indian cuisine.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in preparing a variety of South Indian dishes with consistent quality.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing kitchen staff and overseeing culinary operations.
- Track record of creating successful South Indian menus and dishes that appeal to a diverse clientele.
- Experience in maintaining food cost control and maximizing profitability without compromising quality.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
