Your expertise in traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and various curries.
- Develop innovative and creative South Indian recipes while ensuring authenticity and traditional flavors are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health and safety standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials featuring South Indian cuisine.

**Requirements**:
