**About the role**

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Group Marketing Manager with the smooth delivery of campaigns, content, and marketing operations.

**As a Marketing Assistant, you will**
- **
Social Media Support**: Schedule and publish content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube), and assist with basic reporting across the group.
- ** Marketing Research**: Conduct desk research on trends, competitors, and audience insights to feed into content and campaign development.
- ** Website support**: Populate website content using platforms such as WordPress.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Maintain, update a yearly marketing planner, and campaign calendar.
- Help organise marketing assets and shared files.
- Assist in preparing for events.

**What you already have**
- Graphic Design

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create on-brand visual content.
- Social Media Management

Experience planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
- Google Analytics

Confident in using GA to track performance, interpret data, and contribute to reports and insights.
- Market & Competitor Research

Skilled at gathering and analysing industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Creativity & Innovation

Brings fresh ideas to campaigns, content, and problem-solving with a proactive, trend-aware mindset.
- Organisation & Time Management

Able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration & Communication

Works well across teams, takes feedback constructively, and contributes positively to team culture.
- Detail-Oriented

Meticulous with copy, design, scheduling, and data - ensures accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.

**Working Hours**

This role requires you to work (Hybrid) 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
