Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the marketing team in executing various marketing activities and campaigns. You will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies to promote our products or services and enhance brand awareness. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

3. Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

4. Help manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

6. Assist in coordinating and attending marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

9. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

10. Stay updated on industry developments and marketing best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.

11. Interact with existing clients

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (internships or entry-level positions) in marketing or a related role is desirable.

3. Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

8. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

10. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms.

11. Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

12. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
