**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Flight Ticket Executive / Back Office Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventories of flight tickets and providing administrative support to the operation team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of flight tickets
- Coordinate with airlines and travel agents to ensure timely delivery of tickets
- Process customer bookings and reservations, including cancellations and changes
- Provide administrative support to the operation team, such as data entry and report generation
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and interactions in an organized manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Should be graduate
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to do multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
