**Job Title: PRODUCTION & QC EXECUTIVE**

**Location**: Bhubaneswar

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:

- Supervise **milk reception, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging**.
- Optimize production processes to **enhance efficiency and reduce waste**.
- Maintain **cleaning and sanitation (CIP/SIP) standards** for equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for **raw material availability**.
- Ensure **GMP and HACCP compliance** in production activities.

**Quality Control & Assurance**:

- Conduct **raw milk and finished product quality tests** (SNF, fat, acidity, MBRT, microbial analysis).
- Monitor **in-process and final product quality** for compliance with **FSSAI, ISO, HACCP**.
- Investigate **quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities**.
- Maintain proper **quality documentation and compliance records**.
- Conduct **hygiene audits and staff training** on food safety protocols.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure **regulatory compliance (FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, FDA)**.
- Prepare and submit **quality reports and audit findings**.
- Assist in external **certifications and inspections**.

**Qualifications**:

- Education**: B.Tech/B.Sc in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in dairy processing, production, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of **dairy processing technologies, food safety regulations, and quality control procedures**.
- Familiarity with **pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and packaging processes**.
- Experience in **FSSAI compliance, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP practices**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
