Food Technician

We are seeking an experienced QC professional who is dependable, detail-oriented, passionate about their work.

Requirements - 1+ years of experience in a food Industry (_**SAUCE**_)

B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Food Technology

Education

UG : Any Graduate, B.Sc in Food Technology

PG : MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology, Any Postgraduate
- Control sample management, checking and recording
- Chemical / physical analysis of RM,PM and FG and generate analysis report.
- Daily hygiene check of central lab, and filling daily hygiene checklist
- Checking pouch strength, and filling pouch bursting record
- Daily receiving of Raw material and Packaging material.
- Ensure that all raw materials are accepted as per the Specifications.

Generating new product & recipes. Modifying & improving exciting recipes.

Ensure that all inspections and tests of raw materials, in process are complied with.
- Analysis report of the incoming Raw material and Packaging Material.
- Preparation of Specifications of RM/PM.
- Ensuring Raw Material /packing Material HOLD/PASS/REJECT system is maintained.

Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met. Testing & examination of samples for R & D purpose. Online floor inspection in terms of Product, Process & document verification.
