**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
**JOB ROLE**:
- Identify good and cost-effective vendors for various admin-related procurements
- Negotiate and place orders with vendors for stationery, marketing collaterals and other office supplies
- Process utility bills, vendor bills and forward to Accounts for payment.
- Compile, update and maintain office records.
- Ensuring that e-commerce & other domestic orders are scheduled, packed & dispatched on a timely basis.
- Taking care of the Housekeeping, Staff Accommodation, Office Maintenance, Food and Transportation arrangements etc.
- Make a expenses report every month and submit to finance.
- Should have knowledge of MS-word/Excel.
- Preparing documents & assisting senior as an when required
**Salary**: ₹8,609.93 - ₹27,743.01 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
