**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing CCTV products and accessories.
- Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably with CCTV or electronic products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and technology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
