Job Title: Retail Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
  • Understand client needs (corporate, institutional, or individual) and suggest suitable uniform solutions.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

2. Store Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning, including inventory management, billing, and cash handling.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.
  • Handle order tracking and ensure timely delivery of custom uniform orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout as per brand guidelines.

3. Merchandising & Product Presentation

  • Ensure premium product display and visual merchandising to highlight design quality and craftsmanship.
  • Monitor fast- and slow-moving items and provide feedback to the marketing and production teams.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with back-end teams (production, logistics, and marketing) for customer orders and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and stock reports.
  • Participate in store promotions, events, and corporate exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in retail (preferably in apparel, uniforms, or premium product categories).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with customer-first attitude.
  • Good knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
