UNIFAB, a leading façade fabricator and expert in exterior and interior solutions for villas and bungalows, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will act as the face of the company to architects, and civil contractors. Your primary responsibility will be to promote UNIFAB's services, gather project requirements, and close deals to achieve business growth. The role involves preparing competitive quotes, staying updated with market trends, and collaborating with vendors to ensure accurate pricing and smooth project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, promoters, architects, and civil contractors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Promote UNIFAB’s services, focusing on façade fabrication and complete interior and exterior solutions for villas and bungalows.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements, budget constraints, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Present proposals and negotiate terms to secure projects and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Stay in close contact with vendors and suppliers to collect up-to-date pricing information and evaluate the cost of materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, current projects, and vendors for effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and deal closures to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the construction or façade industry).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vendor management and cost estimation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
