**Job Title**: Social Media Executive
**Location**: Kandivali

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts, creating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Content Creation and Scheduling**
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visuals, graphics, and copy that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Write captivating captions, develop hashtags, and craft posts that drive engagement and align with brand tone.

**2. Community Management**
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster engagement.
- Engage with followers, answer inquiries, and manage any customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities to build and nurture an online community by engaging with industry influencers and related brand profiles.

**3. Social Media Strategy and Campaigns**
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop campaign ideas and seasonal promotions tailored to social platforms.
- Stay informed of social media best practices, platform updates, and new tools to enhance social media strategy.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and impressions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms to gather data and analyze performance.
- Prepare regular reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing social media efforts.

**5. Trend Monitoring and Competitor Analysis**
- Stay updated on current social media trends, popular content formats, and new platform features.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify successful tactics and content gaps.
- Identify opportunities for new content types (e.g., reels, live videos, stories) to stay relevant and engage target audiences.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms, and design basics.
- **Qualities**: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with key social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
