**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- **Visual Design**: Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that convey the look and feel of the product.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of the designs into functional products.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct and analyze usability tests to iterate and improve designs.
- **Design Systems**: Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar.
- Solid understanding of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and best practices.
- Ability to solve complex user interaction problems with elegant and practical design solutions.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Balsamiq).
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹11,498.30 - ₹46,869.67 per month
