**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in designing clean, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
- Work closely with developers and product teams to implement intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (Internships or portfolio work accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, or **Adobe Creative Suite**:

- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and creativity (academic, freelance, or personal projects are accepted)
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively
- Must be based in **Noida/NCR** region for team meetups when required (although this is a remote role)

**Nice to Have**
- Exposure to tools like Miro, Zeplin, or InVision
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Interest in user psychology and behavior
- Awareness of design systems and component libraries
