**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct research on user needs, preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- **Visual Design**: Design UI elements, icons, and layouts using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- **Usability Testing**: Collect user feedback to improve design and functionality.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure design consistency across various devices and screen sizes.
- **Persona Creation & User Journey Mapping**: Build user personas and map journeys to inform intuitive designs.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Research competitor products to identify UX opportunities and trends.
- **Information Architecture**: Structure content logically for smooth navigation and usability.
- **Collaboration**: Work with developers, product managers, and senior designers.
- **Design Documentation**: Maintain design guidelines and organized assets.
- **Learning & Improvement**: Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Pursuing/completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of UI/UX, wireframing, and prototyping.
- **Tools**:Strong knowledge of Figma**; familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- **Technical (Optional)**: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Creativity, communication, and attention to detail.

**Preferred Knowledge**:

- **Design Thinking**:

- **Familiarity with AI-based design tools**:

- **Basic understanding of user interface principles**:

- **Awareness of current UI/UX trends and frameworks**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
