**Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Junior - 6 Months Experience)**

AbyM Technology is a fast-growing IT company focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences. We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build intuitive, user-centered designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
- Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internship, freelance, or full-time).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development basics.
- Experience with tools like Miro, InVision, or Zeplin.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
