Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve UX.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Optimize UI/UX design for better usability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve designs iteratively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability, and accessibility principles.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with developers in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Experience with usability testing tools (User Testing, Hotjar, etc.).
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
