**About The Role**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our team for a high-profile travel website build. You’ll collaborate directly with our design, strategy, and development team, as well as stakeholders on the client side, to research, design, and deliver a visually stunning and seamless travel platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, create personas, and define key user journeys tailored for travel audiences.
- Design intuitive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and beautiful high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Develop UI guidelines and component libraries to ensure consistency across the site.
- Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and project managers for pixel-perfect handoffs and agile iteration.
- Combine data-driven insights, travel industry best practices, and empathetic design thinking to create engaging booking flows, destination homepages, and rich content layouts.
- Use feedback from usability testing, client inputs, and analytics to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure the travel website is visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and accessible to a wide range of users.
- Stay current on trends in travel UX, digital design, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally including work on travel, hospitality, or consumer web projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience collaborating in agile teams and with developers for design handoff.
- Good knowledge of usability, conversion optimization, and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Passion for travel and creating delightful digital experiences for travelers.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience designing booking engines, itinerary planners, or content-rich travel platforms.
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, or micro-interaction design.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for design collaboration.
