**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.)
- Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals to bid on relevant projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare estimates and project scope documents.
- Follow up with clients regularly and handle pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and achieve monthly targets.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in the freelance and IT services industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate bids.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and bidding techniques.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to create project documentation and basic project management understanding.
- Experience in client handling and negotiation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
