**Roles and Responsibilities**

Train Housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.

2. Oversee staff on a daily basis

3. Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.

4. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.

5. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.

6. Motivate team members and resolve any issue that occur on the job.

7. Respond to customer complaints and special requests.

8. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves.

9. Participate in large cleaning prodects as required.

12. Stocks and maintains supply rooms, orders supplies accoreding to a budget.

13. Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.

16. Organises all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.

17. Assists guest or patients with questions and basic requests.

18. Provides a high level of customer service at all times, remains professional.

19. Hires and fires housekeeping staff, trains new housekeepers after hire.

20. Meets with hospital officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues.

Any Graduate or Diploma in Health & Sanitization
