Construction Supervisor Job OpportunityAs a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.You will supervise and control day-to-day site operations to achieve timely and quality execution of the project.You will execute construction works as per approved plans, technical specifications, and method statements.You will plan daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with engineers.You will monitor and ensure proper utilization of resources, machinery, and materials.You will check and verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.You will ensure quality of work and compliance with industry standards and safety norms.You will maintain and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other site documentation to the Senior Engineer or Project Manager.You will coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to resolve site issues and maintain productivity.You will plan and report material requirements based on daily and weekly targets; monitor usage and minimize wastage.You will ensure proper housekeeping, safety measures, and strict PPE compliance at all times.You will guide and support junior supervisors and foremen for efficient site operations.You will report site issues, delays, or non-conformities promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.You should have the ability to read and interpret plans and give clear instructions to workers.You should have basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting formats.You should have strong leadership, communication, and supervision abilities.You should be committed to quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
