**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Customer Care Executive** to join our team in the Insurance sector. To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, Feedbacks & requests related to insurance policies, renewal of policies. Explain features of various policies. Analyze current insurance policy of the customer and suggest additions or changes. Help policy holders to settle claims and maintain their records. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received enabling satisfaction of customer. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and general information.
- Assist customers with policy details, renewals, updates, and adjustments.
- **Claims Assistance**:
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand the necessary steps.
- Help resolve issues related to claim status, documentation, and follow-ups.
- **Policy Management**:
- Assist customers with policy purchase, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide details on available plans, pricing, and coverage options.
- Educate customers on the benefits of their policies and any updates or changes in terms and conditions.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions.
- Process policy-related documents and claims accurately and efficiently.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify customer concerns or issues and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, claims, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals.
- **Customer Education**:
- Proactively inform customers about new services, products, and features that may meet their needs.
- Provide guidance on how customers can better manage their policies and claims.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Must be graduate / under graduate with basic computer skills.
- ‐ Good English Communication Skills.
- Good Vocab
- ‐ Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.
- ‐Able to think creatively and structure solution.
- Customer Care / Customer Service
- Insurance renewals and analyze policy of the insurance holder.
- Suggest additions or changes in insurance policy.
**Training**:
- 7 days paid training (Rs.200 per day)
