Receptionist/administration

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Support HR with tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR-related education is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative/HR role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
