We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist Counselor to join our team and assist in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for students, faculty, and visitors.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them to appropriate departments, and address inquiries with accurate information.
- Provide counseling to prospective and current nursing students on admissions, program details, and general academic guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring materials are stocked and accessible.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews for students, faculty, and staff.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining student records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Respond to inquiries related to nursing program requirements, deadlines, and policies.
- Support other student services as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of office software and administrative systems.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to student success.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
