- Key Responsibilities:
SCCM and ManageEngine Administration:
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SCCM and ManageEngine, including related components like Active Directory (AD), DNS, BitLocker, and Group Policies.
Oversee EndPoint configurations and ensure efficient operations within SCCM and ManageEngine environments.
Patch Management:
Deploy monthly updates in line with the Change process, including creating detailed patching status reports for stakeholders.
Software Distribution:
Hardware and Software Inventory:
Generate customized reports as per client requirements, managing both hardware and software inventories.
Feature Configuration and Administration:
Set up Asset Intelligence, Desired Configuration Management (DCM), Reporting, client settings, system discoveries, boundaries, and bandwidth settings within SCCM.
SCCM Client Installation and Maintenance:
Install SCCM clients on servers and desktops, ensuring proper operation and troubleshooting of issues.
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues in SCCM/packaging for Windows 10 devices, and address task sequence errors in OS deployments.
System Upgrades and Imaging:
Execute in-place and feature upgrades, as well as configure Windows 10 Autopilot, and manage custom imaging (LTI/ZTI).
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Conduct daily health checks on SCCM infrastructure, address client health issues, and troubleshoot failed deployments.
Perform SCCM site backup and maintenance tasks.
Incident and Service Management:
Manage ticket queues, resolve incidents, escalate issues as necessary, and provide L1/L2 team support.
Team Leadership:
Guide and lead the L1/L2 support teams in their operational tasks and provide escalation support.
