We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as **Merchandisers** in the **FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)** sector. FMCG includes everyday products like packaged foods, beverages, personal care items, and household essentials that are quickly sold and restocked. As a merchandiser, your role will involve arranging products on shelves, maintaining the store layout, and ensuring an appealing shopping experience for customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Display**:

- Arrange and price products in-store to make them visually appealing and accessible to customers.
- Rotate products regularly to ensure freshness and encourage timely sales.

**Shelf Maintenance**:

- Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
- Place orders for restocking to ensure shelves are always full.

**Communication**:

- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, store teams, and distributors to ensure timely product availability.

**POSM Execution**:

- Implement Point of Sale Material (POSM) to support promotions and marketing activities.

**Offers and Schemes Execution**:

- Ensure offers and schemes are properly executed and prominently displayed in stores.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Graduation Completed
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, teams, and customers.
- Keen eye for detail to spot and fix display or shelf discrepancies.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively in teams.
- Awareness of current market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
