We are seeking an Experienced/Fresher Finance Executive to join our growing team. As the Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and accounting. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure the financial health of the company and make strategic financial decisions to support the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
3. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
4. Manage cash flow and forecasting
5. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
7. Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors
8. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
