**Job Description of Finance Executive**

**Qualification** CMA / CA Intern

**Salary Range** upto 8-9 lakhs

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Vendor Invoice Booking **SAP (MIRO) **is must.

2. Scrutiny of Payable General Ledger/ Clearing GL Ledger

3. Salary JV Preparation, Loan and Advance reconciliation

4. Deposits given reconciliation

5. Handling of Statutory Audit for the region

6. Handling of Internal Control check audit by External as well as Internal Audit Team

7. Co-ordination and compilation of required sample by Audit Team

8. Tax Audit handling

9. TB Scrutiny, Related schedule preparation LR3 and others

10. Monthly RMC comparison preparation

11. RM and other payment advice to HO

12. Leading MIRO Automation Project

13. Co-ordination between store/cbo for vendor related information

14. Physical Asset Verification compilation

15. Vendor advance reconciliation and escalation

16. GST related support as an expert.

17. Any other activities assigned

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
