RESPONSIBLITES:

- **Local Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute localized marketing plans for franchise locations, considering regional demographics, customer preferences, and market trends.
- **Brand Promotion**: Implement branding initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness within the franchise territory
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the local market.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

QUALIFIATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a franchise or multi-location retail environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit franchise locations and attend events.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
