**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

**Requirements**:

- HSC + 6 months experience
- **Freshers with good communication skills** are welcome.
- Good Communication skills.
