**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Fresher: ₹15,000; Experienced: Based on profile)
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone in purchasing financial products and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell financial products.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high accuracy while handling customer data and transaction information.
- Avoid mis-selling and ensure all sales are compliant with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and report to supervisors regularly.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and training as provided by the company.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- **Languages**: Proficient in **English and Hindi** (both mandatory).
- **Skills**:
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High confidence level and enthusiasm to achieve targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
