**Job Summary**:
As a Telecalling Executive at Archish Fertility & IVF, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about fertility treatments and IVF services, and scheduling consultations. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Archish Fertility & IVF services, with a focus on fertility treatments, IVF, and related procedures.
- Understand the client’s needs, provide information, answer queries, and schedule appointments with doctors or specialists.
- Follow up on leads, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and converted into consultations.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and document all necessary information in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set.
- Ensure all calls are professional, polite, and informative, adhering to the clinic’s guidelines and standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales, customer service, or healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert language(s)].
- Strong listening skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively..
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping people and contributing to their fertility journey.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
