**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to achieve project goals.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and mitigate issues.
- Prepare cost estimates, budget plans, and financial forecasts for projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance on electrical engineering aspects.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying business opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Sales and marketing experience with a strategic approach to business growth.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
