Educational Qualification Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in understanding all electrical equipment & routing. - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical equipment clash checking using BIM software. - Proven experience managing a small to mid-sized modeling team. - Knowledge of quality control procedures, drawing standards, and BIM execution plans.

Tool Skills: - Revit, - AutoCAD - Navisworks

Special Requirements: -

Expert in Revit (Electrical discipline) with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP projects. - Familiarity with local and international codes and standards. - Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams for effective MEP integration. - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.

Experience in electrical equipment routing & design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role.

Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Modeller MEP to join our engineering team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit MEP (Electrical) with a focus on cable tray design, cable routing, junction box (JB) layout, and electrical equipment modelling. Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and AutoCAD for drafting is essential.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop accurate 3D electrical MEP models using Revit, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Model cable trays, cable routing, junction boxes, and electrical equipment layout for buildings and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams for effective MEP integration.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, and technical drawings.
• Generate detailed electrical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Support project teams in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company and client-specific BIM standards and protocols.
