**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - Express & Logistics
**Location**: Bhiwandi & Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Shift Timing**: Regular Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented **Customer Service Executives** to join our team at Bhiwandi and Turbhe locations. The role involves handling customer queries, tracking shipments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high service satisfaction in a fast-paced express logistics environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding delivery status.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and update shipment records in the system.
- Escalate critical issues and follow up until closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional and courteous service.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or HSC pass with relevant customer service experience (logistics industry preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support roles.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
