Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivables.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating with auditors.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand material requirements and ensure budget adherence.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Coordinate between accounts and procurement teams to streamline processes.
- Assist in resolving vendor or supplier disputes.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and improve procurement strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
