Excellent command over English (Comprehension and Conversation)

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Cab facility will be provided.

6 days working with rotational offs.

Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Handles incoming and outgoing calls

2. Respond to customer queries

3. Adhere and follow on agreed KPI/Targets

4. Proper escalation process should be followed on all complex cases where Associate may need to escalate issue of second level of support as need may arise.

5. Required to meet agreed targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

6. Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmation, rescheduling, retention, online appointment and other related outbound activity.

7. Informing customers about new products, treatment and services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,538.54 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (preferred)
